Home / Services / AI & Automation
Most AI talk is either science fiction or a chatbot bolted onto a website. We are interested in the boring, valuable version: the enquiry answered at 9pm that would otherwise have gone to a competitor, the quote drafted in forty seconds instead of forty minutes, the follow-up that never gets forgotten. We find the parts of your week that are repetitive and expensive, then automate those first.
Four places it reliably returns more than it costs for a small business.

Most enquiries go to whoever responds first, not whoever is best. An assistant that answers instantly, day or night, changes your win rate before anything else does.

Missed calls, after-hours forms and unanswered messages leak revenue quietly. Automation catches them and keeps the conversation alive until you can pick it up.

Quotes, follow-ups, invoice chasing, data entry, writing the same email again. This is where most owners lose their evenings, and where automation pays back fastest.

Pulling numbers out of five different dashboards is a job nobody does often enough. We automate the reporting so you get a plain-English summary without asking for it.
Built around your actual workflow, not a generic template. Start with one, add more when it earns its place.

An assistant on your site and messages that answers real questions about your services, pricing and availability, qualifies the enquiry, books the job or hands over to you with the context already gathered.

If you cannot answer, an instant text goes out so the caller knows you exist and are coming back to them. Follow-up sequences chase quiet quotes without you remembering to.

Enquiry details flow straight into a drafted quote, proposal or job sheet using your pricing and your wording. You review and send rather than starting from a blank page.

Your pricing, warranties, procedures and past jobs made searchable in plain language, so anyone on the tools can get the right answer without ringing you.

Analytics, ad spend and sales pulled together automatically into a short written summary of what moved and what needs attention, delivered on your schedule.

When off-the-shelf does not fit, we build the small thing that does: a job tracker, a pricing calculator, a booking flow, an internal dashboard. Purpose-built, owned by you.
Automation only helps if it plugs into the tools running your business. We connect to your existing accounting, CRM, store, inbox and messaging rather than asking you to move everything to something new. If it has an API, we can usually reach it.
Small, provable steps. You should never be asked to take a leap of faith on this.
Find the Bottleneck
We sit with you for an hour and work out where the time and the lost jobs actually go. Often it is not where people assume, and often the fix is not AI at all. We will say so.
Map the Workflow
Before automating anything we write down how the process runs today, including the exceptions. Automating a broken process just makes it break faster.
Prototype
A working version in weeks, not months, using your real data and your wording, so you can judge something concrete instead of a slide.
Pilot
It runs alongside your current process with a human checking the output, so mistakes surface safely before anything is customer-facing on its own.
Measure
We agreed what success looked like at step one. Now we check honestly against it: time saved, enquiries captured, jobs won.
Scale or Stop
If it is working we extend it to the next bottleneck. If it is not earning its keep we turn it off and tell you why, rather than quietly billing for it.
AI goes wrong in predictable ways. These three rules are how we keep it from embarrassing you.

We do not hand your customer data to anything that trains on it, and we tell you exactly which services touch what. You get a plain answer on where the information goes.

Anything that quotes a price, makes a promise or speaks for your brand gets reviewed by a person until it has earned trust. Nothing goes fully autonomous on day one.

You get to see what it was told, what it can and cannot do, and how to switch it off. It is your business, and you should never be locked out of understanding it.
A chatbot is one small piece and usually the least valuable one. The bigger wins are in the work behind the scenes: drafting quotes, chasing follow-ups, pulling reports together, answering staff questions. We start wherever the time is actually going.
That is the right thing to worry about. We constrain what it is allowed to talk about, feed it your real pricing and policies rather than letting it improvise, and keep a person reviewing anything customer-facing until it has proven itself. Where the risk is high, it hands over to you instead of guessing.
It depends on what we are automating, so we scope before quoting. Most engagements start small and deliberately: one workflow, priced as a fixed piece of work, so you can judge the return before committing to more.
No, and we would rather you did not. We connect to what you already run. If you are on something genuinely limiting we will say so, but replacing your whole stack is rarely the first move.
It stays yours. We are explicit about which services process what, we avoid tools that train on your data, and anything sensitive can be kept inside systems you already trust.
A first working prototype is usually a few weeks. Piloting alongside your existing process takes a few more before it runs on its own. You will see something real early rather than waiting months for a launch.
Tell us the task that eats your week. We will tell you honestly whether it can be automated, roughly what it would take, and whether it is worth doing.
